Workshop Chair
Tanja Kojić is a User Experience (UX) researcher and designer focusing on new immersive media such as Extended (XR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
She holds an M.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Zagreb, Croatia and has pursued additional studies in
Graphic Product Design, with an emphasis on UX design. She joined the Quality and Usability Lab at TU Berlin, Germany as a research assistant,
initiating her journey in UX research. She earned her Ph.D. in February 2023 with the thesis "User Experience for Serious Games in Virtual Reality,"
proving her dedication to advancing the impact of technology on user experiences. Additionally, she has been an organizer of the special session
and workshop conferences such as IEEE VR and QoMEX, and is one of the founding members for the XR Academic Network, as well as member of Berlin XR Lab.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jan-Niklas Voigt-Antons, Dipl.-Psych., received the Diploma degree in psychology from the Technische Universität Darmstadt,
Germany, in 2008, and the Doctor-of-Engineering degree from the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, in 2014. Between his studies and
doctorate, he worked at the Telekom Innovation Laboratories as a Research Scientist. There, he was an expert on all issues relating to the
measurement of user states in telecommunications systems. In addition to consulting on issues of human-machine interaction, he specialized in
the development of measurement methods. Before he took over the professorship "Applied Computer Science with a focus on immersive media" at
Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences on November 1, 2021. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jan-Niklas Voigt-Antons was Senior Research Scientist at the
Quality and Usability Lab of the Technical University of Berlin. Additionally, he was a Guest Researcher with the Speech and Language Technology
Lab, German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), Berlin. His research interests are creating good user experience and interaction
design, emphasizing extended realities, and how to measure and predict user states.
